Since all orders from "à Propos" are shipped from Lebanon, additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply for international deliveries, which are borne by the customer. For orders within Lebanon, taxes and customs are covered by us to ensure a smooth, straightforward experience for our local customers.
For orders delivered outside Lebanon, please note that duties, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the recipient, as "à Propos" is based outside the EU and the US, making it a foreign brand abroad. Charges will vary depending on the destination country's import policies. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information on potential fees before placing an order.
If an item you ordered is missing from your delivery, it may have been removed due to being out of stock. You will receive an email notification if any purchased items are unavailable. However, if you have not received any email updates regarding your order but notice a missing item, please contact us promptly with your name, order number, and details of the missing item(s).
