At à Propos, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below for details on eligibility and procedures. Also, we advise you to always refer to the size guides found on the page of each product and the detailed description in order to avoid any wrong size choice.
Returns and Refunds within Lebanon
- Cash Refunds: We offer cash refunds for returns within Lebanon, with return fees borne by the client.
- Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned in unworn, perfect condition with all original labels attached to qualify for a refund.
- Free Returns: Returns within Lebanon are free of charge.
- Return Process: Please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return. Once received, our team will inspect the item, and eligible returns will be refunded.
Exchanges within Lebanon
- For exchanges, clients have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact our team with their order ID and the exchange request (size, style, or new product).
- Items must be in unworn, perfect condition with all original labels attached.
International Orders (Outside Lebanon)
- We do not currently offer free returns or exchanges for international orders. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for all delivery fees, customs duties, and taxes of the destined country, which will be deducted from your refund. In addition of the shipping fees of the exchanged order.
- Any orders outside of the EU that are declined by the customer due to customs payments will not be subject to a refund.
- Eligibility for Exchange/Return: Items must be returned in unworn, perfect condition with all labels attached. Please refer to the size guide and product description for each item to avoid any errors. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Return Process: Contact our team within 72 hours of receiving your order to receive the return address. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it. All returned orders should include full details (first name, surname, address, RMA number, and tracking number) to qualify for a refund. à Propos is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels in transit.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue as proof, to qualify for an exchange.
